Can Honeywell Fire Safe 2575 be bolted to the floor?

One question that always comes up when planning on buying a new safe is whether we can bolt it to the wall or to the floor. In the case of the Honeywell 2575, which is equipped with wheels, it's very hard to bolt it to the floor, but one can defenitely bolt it to a table, or possibly to a wall. A local locksmith can just cut off the wheels out of the safe, to enforce the theives to lift it using special tools, and make the safe closer to the floor. If your locksmith has a good technical sense, and can drill holes on the bottom of the safe, than you could bolt the safe to the floor.
